Taittinger Our first maison de champagne, or champagne house, was Taittinger. We're fans of their Domain Carneros sparkling wine, which is US-domestic, and therefore relatively inexpensive at $18 for a quality bottle. So we were really excited to visit the source, and sample the "real" version. Actually, the last two photos on this page are actually from Piper Heidseick, but they were the only other good photos from this day, so we're lumping them in.
