The Honeymoon -- Rome In Chains Everywhere we went, important buildings, monuments, and statues were under scaffolding, in preparation for Jubilee 2000. No tour book, web site, or travel advisor told us that the entire city that we would be visiting for 10 days was going to be in chains. We were bitter. But, as Michael used to say when he was a kid, when life hands you lemons, throw them at passing cars. We took pictures of everything "important" so that, years from now when we're old, even more bitter, and telling the same damn stories, we'll at least have the photos to torture people with, too.
